Dr. Farshad Shafizadeh

Dr. Farshad Shafizadeh is an assistant professor of urology at Weill Cornell School of Medicine and director of voiding and sexual dysfunction at New York Presbyterian Queens. He is board-certified in reconstructive surgery, general urology, and female pelvic medicine.

He received his medical degree at SUNY Downstate School of Medicine and completed his urology training at Montefiore Medical Center Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Shafizadeh has over 20 years of experience in treating men and women with sexual dysfunction and is a top-five urologist in the New York area with vast experience in penile implant surgery, cosmetic reconstructive surgery, and prosthetic urology. He is considered a leader in the field of male and female genital surgery, penile prosthesis implants, and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Shafizadeh is the founder and medical director of New York Urologic, a center for precision medicine where most cosmetic and reconstructive urology services are offered. He has been honored for the past several years as a Castle Conolly Top Urologist in the United States.
